Violating any of the said terms will terminate the process between the client and the artist. Said client will be placed in a blacklist and will not be able to inquire any of the artist's services.

GENERAL

The prices stated are only the BASE PRICE
PERSONAL USE ONLY. Is strictly prohibited for AI training, NFT's and any sort of reproducing with/without my permission.
ISN'T ALLOWED to edit,copy, trace or remove the watermark for commercial or bad intentions (example: claiming my art as you own or selling products without my permission) even if it is a case of a paid commission.
You can publish or share the commission in social media but give the corresponding CREDITS or for WIP´s as your heart´s content.
I hold the right for the produce artwork as an artist.This include the fact that the work will be used as a medium for SELF-PROMOTION and COMMISSION SAMPLES. If the client wants their commission to remain private, I will respect and retain their privacy.
50% UPFRONT PAYMENT before I start working on your commission (adding a screenshot of the payment as proof). The other 50% PAYMENT after the finished commission. (Except for Chibis/Fairy S/Icon styles)
100% PAYMENT IN ADVANCE on the following types of commissions: Chibi/ICON/Fairy Style and Sketch. With Exception in Batch Orders. This upfront payment applies too, in case if a client wants to see all progress WITHOUT WATERMARKS
Please be patient as I work on your commission. Check the EXCEL PAGE (this will be given when the client contacts the artist) to see updates of it.Feel free to ask me if you want to!
In case of an agreed of commercial use between the client and the artist, the price will be 70% more
I hold the right to refuse commissions that I consider harmful for any reason
For NSFW commissions the prices & style are the same as the base ones.

.PROCESS

(This is not applied to Sketch commission)
CHIBI/ICON/FAIRY STYLE WILL BE PRIOTIRIRED FOR LESS COMPLEX!
Starting from the base color step, TWO MAJOR revisions are allowed, More than that, the client will be charged accordingly.
NO REVISIONS are allowed during the rendering process, everything that was discussed prior rendering is considered as final.

DEADLINES

It would take me 3-14 WORKING DAYS depending on what you choose.
SKETCH commission will be prioritized due to it's lack of difficulty.
The maximum set time is THREE MONTHS after I made the sketch for your commission. If I, somehow, fail to meet the set deadline, the commission request will be REFUNDED COMPLETELY Unless an agreement is made between the artist and the client.

PAYMENT METHOD

Transactions are done via Paypal
International client transactions will be done in USD/MXN!

REFUNDS

ONLY REFUND when:

I,the artist, fail to meet the set deadline (check the part of DEADLINES for more information)
Once the sketch step is in process, the client that regrets have a place of 12 hr to ask for a refund.

The relation between the client and the artist will be just professional,not meddling with personal information (aside for the paypal contact) or misconduct behavior.
As an artist I will just do the commission according to the agreement. I will not share my personal information or consent about mistreating,sexual,harassing,aggressive pressure behavior towards me.I am a person too,like you!.
In any case of the said behaviors described in the second clause from the COURTESY BETWEEN PARTIES section happens, the commission and the relation between client and artist WILL TERMINATE with NOT refunds.

Contact me via the stated contacts FOR COMMISSIONS only!.Send your email address in the GOOGLE FORM that i will provide you with a number code that you need to put in the form,when you are accepting the TOS (Terms Of Service). The finished work will be delivered within said email or to the client directly where he contact. (Exception to the prior mentioned CONTACT, for payment or order if it has been via Vgen or Kofi)

La violación de cualquiera de dichos términos dará por terminado el proceso entre el cliente y el artista. Dicho cliente será incluido en una lista negra y no podrá consultar ninguno de los servicios del artista.

GENERAL

Los precios indicados son sólo el PRECIO BASE.
SÓLO PARA USO PERSONAL. Está estrictamente prohibido el entrenamiento de IA, NFT y cualquier tipo de reproducción con o sin mi permiso.
NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO editar, copiar, rastrear o eliminar la marca de agua con fines comerciales o con malas intenciones (ejemplo: reclamar mi arte como propio o vender productos sin mi permiso) incluso si se trata de una comisión paga.
Puedes publicar o compartir la comisión en las redes sociales pero da los CRÉDITOS correspondientes o por WIP según lo que desees.
Tengo el derecho de producir obras de arte como artista. Esto incluye el hecho de que el trabajo se utilizará como medio para AUTOPROMOCIÓN y MUESTRAS DE COMISIÓN. Si el cliente quiere que su comisión permanezca privada, respetaré y mantendré su privacidad.
50% DE PAGO POR ADELANTADO antes de comenzar a trabajar en su comisión (agregando una captura de pantalla del pago como prueba). El otro 50% PAGO después de la comisión terminada. (A excepción de los estilos Chibis/Fairy S/Icon)
100% DE PAGO POR ADELANTADO en los siguientes tipos de comisiones: Chibi/ICON/Fairy Style y Sketch. Con Excepción en los pedidos por Lotes. Este pago por adelantado se aplica también en caso de que un cliente quiera ver todo progreso SIN MARCAS DE AGUA
Tenga paciencia mientras trabajo en su comisión. Consulta la PÁGINA EXCEL (se proporcionará cuando el cliente contacte al artista) para ver sus actualizaciones. ¡No dudes en preguntarme si quieres!
En caso de acuerdo de uso comercial entre el cliente y el artista, el precio será un 70% más
Tengo el derecho de rechazar comisiones que considere perjudiciales por cualquier motivo.
Para comisiones NSFW los precios y estilos son los mismos que el base.

PROCESO

(Esto no se aplica a la comisión de Sketch)
ESTILO CHIBI/FAIRY/ICON SERAN PRIORIZADOS POR SU BAJA COMPLEJIDAD!
A partir del paso del color base, se permiten DOS revisiones PRINCIPALES. Más allá de eso, se le cobrará al cliente en consecuencia.
NO se permiten REVISIONES durante el proceso de renderizado, todo lo discutido previamente al renderizado se considera definitivo.

PLAZOS

Me tomaría de 3 a 14 DÍAS LABORABLES dependiendo de lo que elijas.
Se priorizará la comisión de SKETCH por su falta de dificultad.
El tiempo máximo fijado es de TRES MESES después de haber realizado el boceto para tu encargo. Si, de alguna manera, no cumplo con el plazo establecido, la solicitud de comisión será REEMBOLSADA COMPLETAMENTE a menos que se llegue a un acuerdo entre el artista y el cliente.

MÉTODO DE PAGO

Las transacciones se realizan a través de Paypal.
¡Tanto las transacciones de clientes internacionales se realizarán en USD/MXN!

REEMBOLSOS

SÓLO REEMBOLSO cuando:
Yo, el artista, no cumplo con el plazo establecido (consulte el apartado de PLAZOS para obtener más información)
Una vez que el paso del boceto está en proceso, el cliente que se arrepiente tiene un plazo de 12 hrs para solicitar el reembolso.

CORTESÍA ENTRE LAS PARTES

“Trata a los demás como quieres que te traten a ti”:

La relación entre el cliente y el artista será meramente profesional, no introduciéndose datos personales (aparte del contacto de paypal) ni conductas indebidas.
Como artista, simplemente haré el encargo según el acuerdo. No compartiré mi información personal ni daré mi consentimiento sobre comportamientos de maltrato, sexual, acoso o presión agresiva hacia mí. ¡Yo también soy una persona, como tú!
En cualquier caso de que se produzcan las conductas descritas en la cláusula segunda del apartado CORTESÍA ENTRE PARTES, la comisión y la relación entre cliente y artista TERMINARÁ SIN reembolsos.
